We are happy to accept returns or exchanges if:
The item is returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
A copy of the original invoice is provided along with the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for returning the parcel using a trackable courier service at their own expense.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days, excluding Sundays. The refund will be issued to your original payment method where applicable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or faulty product, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To speed up the process, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Orders with a total value above PKR 5,000 require a 10% advance payment before dispatch. Also get a 10% discount on online payment.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Inflatable toys
Remote control toys
Promotional or discounted items
Not-for-profit products
