Refund & Return Policy

At KiddieMidi, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We are happy to accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • A copy of the original invoice is provided along with the reason for the return.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the parcel using a trackable courier service at their own expense.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days, excluding Sundays. The refund will be issued to your original payment method where applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or faulty product, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To speed up the process, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Advance Payment Policy

  • Orders with a total value above PKR 5,000 require a 10% advance payment before dispatch. Also get a 10% discount on online payment.

Non Returnable Items

  • The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Inflatable toys

  • Remote control toys

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Not-for-profit products
